At CelyaGlo™, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Due to the nature of our items, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or general dissatisfaction.

Eligible Resolutions (Exceptions)

We will offer a replacement or refund only under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item arrived defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item was lost in transit

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence.

Brand-Specific Return Policy 

Certain products offered on CelyaGlo™ are fulfilled through third-party brand partners. Due to the nature of these products, returns and refunds are not accepted once an order has been placed and fulfilled, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This policy applies to the following products:

  • CelyaGlo™ Grow Hair Oil
  • CelyaGlo™ Thermal Shield Serum
  • CelyaGlo™ Volumizing Hair Spray

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect product, size, or variant selected
  • Minor variations in color or appearance
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or demand
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Return Conditions (If Approved)

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Returns must be approved before sending
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refund Processing

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
